주식회사 바이오레(이하 "회사")는 의료인 및 보건의료 전문가, 회사가 승인한 학생 등 예비 의료전문가, B2B 계약 기업·기관의 기업인 승인 사용자에게 알파닥 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 범위에서 개인정보를 처리합니다. 알파닥은 일반 소비자를 대상으로 하는 공개 의료상담 또는 진단·처방 서비스가 아닙니다. 1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목 계정 정보: 이메일, 비밀번호(인증 처리용, 평문 미보관), 이름, 생년월일, 가입 유형, 의료인 면허번호, 학생 학교명·학생증 등 확인 정보, 기업 코드 프로필 및 운영 정보: 전화번호, 소속, 전문분야, 구독·이용 상태, 고객지원 및 문의 내역, 동의 기록 서비스 이용 정보: 로그인·접속 기록, IP 주소, 사용자 에이전트, 보안 로그, 대화 텍스트, AI 답변, 커뮤니티 게시글·댓글·신고·피드백, 문헌·뉴스 검색 및 이용 기록 업로드 정보: 회원이 업로드한 이미지·문서 원본, 파일명, 파일 형식, 파일 크기, 저장 경로, 첨부파일 메타데이터 2. 처리 목적 회사는 회원가입, 이메일 인증, 계정 생성과 자격 확인, 로그인 및 보안 관리, AI 답변 생성, 문서·영상 검토 지원, 문헌·뉴스 탐색, 커뮤니티 운영, 고객지원, 오류 대응, 부정 이용 방지, 법적 의무 이행을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다. 3. 보관 및 삭제 계정 및 프로필 정보는 회원 탈퇴 또는 처리 목적 달성 시까지 보관합니다. 이메일 인증 코드는 유효기간 만료 또는 가입 완료 후 삭제합니다. 대화, AI 답변, 커뮤니티 활동, 문의 내역은 회원이 직접 삭제하거나 탈퇴할 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다. 업로드 원본 파일, 이미지 및 첨부파일 메타데이터는 회원이 관련 대화나 문서를 보관하는 동안 다시 확인할 수 있도록 보호된 저장소에 함께 보관될 수 있으며, 단순히 일정 기간이 지났다는 이유만으로 일괄 삭제하지 않습니다. 회원은 서비스에서 대화 텍스트와 AI 답변을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 원본 파일의 삭제는 개인정보 문의 이메일로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 삭제 요청, 회원 탈퇴 또는 처리 목적 종료 시 관계 법령과 내부 절차에 따라 처리합니다. 백업·보안 로그 등에 남은 사본은 복구, 부정이용 방지 또는 법적 의무에 필요한 제한된 기간 후 삭제됩니다. 관계 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 개인정보는 처리 목적 달성 또는 보유기간 만료 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자파일은 복구하기 어렵게 삭제하고, 출력물이 있는 경우 분쇄 또는 이에 준하는 방법으로 파기합니다. 4. 제3자 제공 회사는 회원의 사전 동의가 있거나 법령상 의무 이행, 수사기관의 적법한 요청 등 관계 법령에서 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 5. 처리위탁 및 국외 이전 회사는 회원 개인정보를 직접 처리하는 핵심 외부 인프라와 API를 유료 계약 또는 유료 플랜으로 이용합니다. 서비스 제공에 필요한 처리는 회원이 해당 기능을 이용할 때 암호화된 네트워크 통신을 통해 다음 사업자 유형에 위탁되거나 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다. - 클라우드 인프라 사업자: 계정 인증, 데이터베이스, 보호된 파일 저장, 서버 운영과 관련 이용·보안 기록. 일본을 주요 처리 지역으로 하며 인프라 운영에 필요한 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. - 이메일 발송 사업자: 인증·서비스 안내를 위한 이메일 주소, 포함된 경우 이름, 이메일 내용과 발송 기록. 미국 및 발송에 필요한 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. - 외부 AI 처리사업자: AI 답변과 문서·영상 처리를 위한 프롬프트, 최소한의 대화 문맥, 검색 요청, 업로드 파일과 메타데이터, 생성 결과. 미국 및 처리사업자의 시설 운영 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. - 공개정보 조회 API: 문헌·뉴스 조회에 필요한 검색어만 원칙적으로 전송하며, 회원 식별정보나 업로드 파일을 의도적으로 전송하지 않습니다. 정보는 회원이 관련 계정, 대화 또는 문서를 유지하는 동안 보관되며, 적법한 삭제 요청, 회원 탈퇴, 처리 목적 달성 또는 위탁 종료 시 관계 법령과 절차에 따라 처리됩니다. 수탁자의 보안·법적 의무 로그는 적용되는 유료 계약과 설정상 필요한 제한된 기간 동안 보관될 수 있고, 외부 AI 보안 로그는 최대 55일 보관될 수 있습니다. 현재 수탁자의 법적 명칭, 연락처, 이전 국가 세부사항과 이용 현황은 사업자 및 고객센터 정보에서 별도로 관리하여 사업자 변경을 신속하게 반영합니다. 회원은 해당 기능을 사용하지 않는 방법으로 국외 이전을 거부하거나 legal@vioreai.com으로 이전 중단·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 거부하는 경우 계정 인증·이메일, AI 답변, 문서·영상 처리 등 해당 이전이 필요한 기능은 제한됩니다. 이미 처리된 정보는 보안 로그, 백업 또는 법적 의무에 필요한 범위에서 즉시 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다. 6. AI 입력정보·결과물 처리와 모델 학습 알파닥은 AI 답변을 생성하기 위해 회원의 프롬프트, 답변에 필요한 최소한의 대화 문맥, 회원이 선택한 첨부파일을 암호화된 API를 통해 외부 AI 처리사업자에게 전송합니다. 생성 결과와 필요한 이용 메타데이터는 회사로 반환되며 대화와 함께 회사가 관리하는 보호된 저장소에 저장될 수 있습니다. 회사는 회원의 프롬프트, 업로드 파일 또는 결과물을 별도의 모델 학습 데이터셋으로 구축·판매하거나 회사의 범용 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 향후 이러한 목적으로 이용하려면 사전에 별도 고지하고 법령상 필요한 동의를 받습니다. 외부 AI 처리사업자에게 적용되는 유료 API 조건에서는 프롬프트, 업로드 파일 또는 결과물을 제품 개선이나 범용 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 응답 제공과 적용되는 계약·설정에 따른 보안, 부정사용 방지, 서비스 안정성 및 법적 의무 이행을 위해 제한적으로 처리·보관할 수 있습니다. 회사는 별도 고지와 법령상 필요한 동의 없이 선택적 데이터 공유 또는 모델 개선 프로그램에 참여하지 않습니다. 회원은 AI 대화, 문서 또는 영상 기능에 내용을 제출하지 않는 방법으로 외부 AI 처리를 거부할 수 있습니다. 서비스에서 제공하는 기능으로 저장된 대화를 삭제하거나 legal@vioreai.com으로 열람·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회를 요청할 수도 있습니다. 외부 AI 처리를 거부하면 AI 답변과 문서·영상 처리 기능은 제한되지만, 법률 고지 확인과 개인정보 권리 요청은 제한되지 않습니다. 7. 정보주체의 권리 회원은 개인정보 열람, 사본(내 데이터) 제공, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 사업자 및 고객센터 정보 섹션의 개인정보 문의 이메일로 접수하며, 회사는 본인 확인 후 관계 법령이 정한 기간(열람 요구는 10일) 이내에 조치하고 결과를 알려드립니다. 법령상 거절 사유가 있는 경우 그 사유와 이의제기 방법을 함께 안내합니다. 계정 전체 삭제는 문의 없이도 계정 설정의 회원 탈퇴로 직접 실행할 수 있으며, 대화·문서·커뮤니티 활동 등 개인정보가 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 8. 자동수집장치와 접속 로그 알파닥은 로그인 유지, 보안, 오류 대응을 위해 브라우저 저장소, 접속 로그, 사용자 에이전트 등 기술 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다. 현재 알파닥은 맞춤형 광고 목적의 쿠키를 운영하지 않습니다. 9. 안전성 확보조치 회사는 접근권한 관리, 인증정보 보호, 전송 구간 암호화, 보안 로그 관리, 권한 분리, 저장소 접근 제한 등 개인정보 보호를 위한 기술적·관리적 조치를 적용합니다. 10. 아동 개인정보 알파닥은 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 의도하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 확인되는 경우 회사는 법정대리인 동의 여부를 확인하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 11. 처리방침 변경 본 처리방침이 변경되는 경우 회사는 서비스 화면 또는 전자적 방법으로 변경 내용을 고지합니다. English Privacy Policy Viore Inc. (the "Company") processes personal data to the extent necessary to provide Alphadoc to medical professionals and healthcare professionals, students and other prospective healthcare professionals approved by the Company, and approved enterprise users of companies or institutions under a B2B agreement. Alphadoc is not a public medical consultation, diagnosis, or prescription service for general consumers. 1. Personal Data We Process Account information: email address, password (for authentication processing; not stored in plain text), name, date of birth, registration type, medical license number, student school name and student ID or other verification information, enterprise code Profile and operational information: phone number, affiliation, specialty, subscription and use status, customer support and inquiry history, consent records Service usage information: login and access records, IP address, user agent, security logs, conversation text, AI responses, community posts, comments, reports, feedback, medical literature and news search and usage records Upload information: original images and documents uploaded by members, file names, file types, file sizes, storage paths, and attachment metadata 2. Purposes of Processing The Company processes personal data for membership registration, email verification, account creation and eligibility verification, login and security management, AI response generation, document and image review support, literature and news search, community operation, customer support, error handling, misuse prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. 3. Retention and Deletion Account and profile information is retained until membership withdrawal or until the processing purpose is achieved. Email verification codes are deleted after expiration or completion of registration. Conversations, AI responses, community activities, and inquiry history may be retained until the member deletes them directly or withdraws from the service. Original uploaded files, images, and attachment metadata may remain in protected storage while the member keeps the related conversation or document so that they can be reviewed again. The Company does not delete them in bulk solely because a fixed period has elapsed. Members may delete conversation text and AI responses directly in the service. Deletion of original files may be requested through the privacy inquiry email. The Company processes deletion in accordance with applicable law and its internal procedures upon a deletion request, membership withdrawal, or the end of the processing purpose. Copies remaining in backups or security logs are deleted after the limited period necessary for recovery, misuse prevention, or legal obligations. Information that must be retained under applicable laws is separately stored for the required period and then destroyed. Personal data is destroyed without delay when the processing purpose is achieved or the retention period expires. Electronic files are deleted in a manner designed to make recovery difficult, and printouts are shredded or destroyed by comparable means. 4. Third-Party Disclosure The Company does not provide personal data to third parties except where the member has given prior consent or where disclosure is permitted by applicable law, such as compliance with legal obligations or lawful requests from investigative authorities. 5. Processing Contractors and International Transfers The Company uses paid contracts or paid plans for core external infrastructure and APIs that directly process member personal data. Necessary processing may be outsourced or transferred internationally to the following provider categories over encrypted network communications when a member uses the relevant feature. - Cloud infrastructure providers: account authentication, database, protected file storage, server operation, and related usage and security records; primarily processed in Japan and countries necessary to operate the infrastructure - Email delivery providers: email address, name where included, email content, and delivery records for authentication and service notices; processed in the United States and countries necessary for delivery - External AI processors: prompts, minimum conversation context, search requests, uploaded files and metadata, and generated results for AI responses and document or image processing; processed in the United States and countries where the processor operates facilities - Public information APIs: only search terms necessary to retrieve literature and news are sent in principle; member identifiers and uploaded files are not intentionally sent Data is retained while the member keeps the related account, conversation, or document, or until a valid deletion request, membership withdrawal, achievement of the processing purpose, or termination of the outsourcing arrangement. Provider security and legal logs may remain for the limited period required by the applicable paid contract and settings; external AI security logs may be retained for up to 55 days. Current legal names, contacts, destination details, and service status of processors are maintained separately in the Company and Customer Support Information section so that provider changes can be reflected promptly. Members may refuse an international transfer by not using the relevant feature or may request suspension of transfer or deletion at legal@vioreai.com. Refusal may restrict account authentication and email, AI responses, or document and image processing. Information already processed may not be deleted immediately to the extent retention is required for security logs, backups, or legal obligations. 6. AI Inputs, Outputs, and Model Training To generate an AI response, Alphadoc sends the member's prompt, the minimum conversation context needed for the response, and any files selected by the member to an external AI processor through an encrypted API. The generated result and necessary usage metadata are returned to the Company and may be stored with the conversation in protected storage managed by the Company. The Company does not build or sell a separate model-training dataset from members' prompts, uploaded files, or results, or use them to train the Company's own general-purpose AI model, unless the Company first provides a separate notice and obtains consent where required by law. Under the paid API terms applied to the external AI processor, prompts, uploaded files, and results are not used to improve its products or train general-purpose models. The provider may process or retain them only to provide responses and, within the applicable contract and settings, for security, abuse prevention, service reliability, and legal obligations. The Company does not participate in optional data-sharing or model-improvement programs without separate notice and any consent required by law. Members may opt out of external AI processing by not submitting content to AI, document, or image features. They may also delete stored conversations where the service provides that control or request access, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent at legal@vioreai.com. Opting out of external AI processing restricts AI responses and document and image processing but does not by itself restrict access to legal notices or privacy requests. 7. Rights of Data Subjects Members may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of processing of, and withdrawal of consent for their personal data. The Company will process such requests after identity verification in accordance with applicable laws. Privacy inquiries may be submitted to the privacy inquiry email address listed in the Company and Customer Support Information section. 8. Automatic Collection Tools and Access Logs Alphadoc may use browser storage, access logs, user agent information, and similar technical information for login persistence, security, and error handling. Alphadoc does not currently operate cookies for targeted advertising. 9. Security Measures The Company applies technical and administrative measures to protect personal data, including access control, protection of authentication information, encryption in transit, security log management, separation of permissions, and storage access restrictions. 10. Children's Personal Data Alphadoc does not intend to accept membership registration from children under the age of 14. If personal data of a child under the age of 14 is identified, the Company may verify parental consent or restrict use. 11. Changes to this Policy If this policy changes, the Company will notify the changes through the service screen or by electronic means.
