의료인 및 보건의료 전문가, 회사가 승인한 학생 등 예비 의료전문가, B2B 계약 기업·기관의 기업인 승인 사용자 계정 생성과 관리를 위해 아래 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의합니다. 수집·이용 목적: 이메일 인증, 계정 생성, 회원 본인 및 자격 확인, 로그인과 보안 관리, 서비스 운영 수집 항목: 이메일, 비밀번호(인증 처리용, 평문 미보관), 이름, 생년월일, 가입 유형, 의료인 면허번호, 학생 학교명·학생증 등 확인 정보, 기업 코드 및 소속 기업·기관 정보 등 회원 자격 확인에 필요한 정보 보유 및 이용 기간: 회원 탈퇴 또는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시까지 보관합니다. 관계 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 동의 거부 권리: 회원은 필수 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의하지 않을 수 있습니다. 다만 동의하지 않는 경우 알파닥 회원가입과 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다. English Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Data Medical professionals and healthcare professionals, students and other prospective healthcare professionals approved by the Company, and approved enterprise users of companies or institutions under a B2B agreement consent to the following collection and use of personal data for account creation and management. Purpose of collection and use: email verification, account creation, member identity and eligibility verification, login and security management, and service operation Items collected: email address, password (for authentication processing; not stored in plain text), name, date of birth, registration type, medical license number, student school name and student ID or other verification information, enterprise code and company or institution information, and other information necessary to verify member eligibility Retention and use period: retained until membership withdrawal or until the purpose of collection and use is achieved. Information that must be retained under applicable laws is separately stored for the required period and then destroyed. Right to refuse consent: Members may refuse consent to the required collection and use of personal data. However, if consent is refused, Alphadoc registration and service use will be restricted.
