민감정보 및 의료정보 처리 동의

업로드 또는 의료자료 기반 AI 분석 기능을 이용하려는 의료인, 승인된 예비 의료전문가, B2B 계약 기업·기관의 기업인 승인 사용자는 다른 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의와 별도로, 아래 민감정보 및 의료정보 처리 내용을 확인하고 동의해야 합니다. 처리 항목: 증상, 진단명, 검사 결과, 처방, 영상, 의무기록, 논문·문서, 의료 관련 대화 내용, 첨부파일과 그 메타데이터 등 회원이 직접 입력하거나 업로드한 정보 처리 목적: AI 답변 생성, 의료정보 탐색, 문서·영상 검토 지원, 전문가 검토용 초안 작성, 서비스 오류 대응 및 보안 관리 회원은 환자식별정보를 제거한 자료만 업로드해야 합니다. 성명, 주민등록번호, 연락처, 주소, 환자번호, 보험번호, 얼굴 사진 등 특정 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 업로드하지 않아야 합니다. 알파닥의 AI 분석 결과는 전문가 검토용 참고자료이며, 진단·처방·치료 결정 또는 의료전문가의 판단을 대체하지 않습니다. 최종 의료 판단은 담당 의료전문가가 환자 상태를 직접 확인해 결정해야 합니다. 업로드 원본 파일, 이미지 및 첨부파일 메타데이터는 회원이 관련 대화나 문서를 보관하는 동안 다시 확인할 수 있도록 보호된 저장소에 함께 보관될 수 있으며, 단순히 일정 기간이 지났다는 이유만으로 일괄 삭제하지 않습니다. 회원은 서비스에서 대화 텍스트와 AI 답변을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 원본 파일의 삭제는 개인정보 문의 이메일로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 삭제 요청, 회원 탈퇴 또는 처리 목적 종료 시 관계 법령과 내부 절차에 따라 처리합니다. 백업·보안 로그 등에 남은 사본은 복구, 부정이용 방지 또는 법적 의무에 필요한 제한된 기간 후 삭제됩니다. 민감정보 및 의료정보 처리에 동의하지 않는 경우 첨부파일 업로드, 의료자료 기반 AI 분석, 문서·영상 검토 지원 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. English Consent to Processing Sensitive Data and Medical Information Medical professionals, approved prospective healthcare professionals, and approved enterprise users of companies or institutions under a B2B agreement who use upload or medical-data-based AI analysis features must review and consent to the following processing of sensitive data and medical information separately from any consent for other personal data processing. Processed items: symptoms, diagnoses, test results, prescriptions, images, medical records, papers and documents, medical conversation content, attachments, and attachment metadata entered or uploaded directly by members Purpose of processing: AI response generation, medical information search, document and image review support, preparation of drafts for professional review, service error handling, and security management Members must upload only materials from which patient-identifying information has been removed. Names, resident registration numbers, contact information, addresses, patient numbers, insurance numbers, facial photographs, and other information that can identify a specific person must not be uploaded. Alphadoc's AI analysis results are reference materials for professional review and do not replace diagnosis, prescription, treatment decisions, or the judgment of medical professionals. Final medical judgment must be made by the responsible medical professional after directly confirming the patient's condition. Original uploaded files, images, and attachment metadata may remain in protected storage while the member keeps the related conversation or document so that they can be reviewed again. The Company does not delete them in bulk solely because a fixed period has elapsed. Members may delete conversation text and AI responses directly in the service. Deletion of original files may be requested through the privacy inquiry email. The Company processes deletion in accordance with applicable law and its internal procedures upon a deletion request, membership withdrawal, or the end of the processing purpose. Copies remaining in backups or security logs are deleted after the limited period necessary for recovery, misuse prevention, or legal obligations. If a member does not consent to the processing of sensitive data and medical information, use of attachment upload, medical-data-based AI analysis, and document and image review support features may be restricted.
