이용약관

제1조 목적 본 약관은 주식회사 바이오레(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 알파닥 서비스의 이용 조건, 회원의 권리와 의무, 서비스 이용 시 지켜야 할 기준을 정합니다. 제2조 서비스의 성격 알파닥은 의료인의 근거 탐색, 임상 질문 정리, 기록과 문서 작업을 연결하는 메디컬 워크스페이스입니다. 회사는 근거 중심 AI 대화, 의학 문헌 탐색과 요약, 의료 뉴스 큐레이션, 의료인 커뮤니티, 케이스 토론과 문서 작업을 위한 기능을 제공합니다. 알파닥은 일반 소비자를 대상으로 하는 공개 의료상담, 진단, 처방 또는 치료 서비스가 아닙니다. 알파닥은 의료인 및 보건의료 전문가, 회사가 승인한 학생 등 예비 의료전문가, 바이오레와 B2B 계약을 체결한 기업·기관의 기업인 승인 사용자만 이용할 수 있습니다. 알파닥의 AI 답변, 문서·영상 검토 지원, 검색 결과, 요약 및 초안은 전문가 검토를 위한 참고자료입니다. 이는 진단, 처방, 치료 결정, 응급 판단 또는 의료전문가의 독립적인 판단을 대체하지 않습니다. 제3조 회원 자격 및 계정 관리 회원은 의료인 및 보건의료 전문가, 회사가 승인한 학생 등 예비 의료전문가, 또는 회사와 B2B 계약을 체결한 기업·기관의 기업인 승인 사용자에 한정됩니다. 회원은 가입 과정에서 본인에게 해당하는 정확한 정보를 제공해야 합니다. 의료인 면허번호, 학생 확인 정보, 기업 코드 등 자격 확인 정보가 허위이거나 타인의 정보인 경우 회사는 가입 승인 거절, 이용 제한, 계정 정지 또는 삭제를 할 수 있습니다. 회원은 계정과 인증 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 계정을 제3자에게 공유하거나 양도할 수 없습니다. 제4조 금지 행위 회원은 타인의 개인정보, 환자식별정보, 진료기록, 영상, 처방 정보 등 의료정보를 권한 없이 입력·업로드·공유해서는 안 됩니다. 또한 불법 목적, 의료광고·스팸, 타인 권리 침해, 보안 침해, 서비스 안정성을 해치는 방식으로 알파닥을 이용해서는 안 됩니다. 제5조 회원 콘텐츠와 서비스 처리 회원이 입력하거나 업로드한 자료의 권리는 회원 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 회사는 서비스 제공, AI 응답 생성, 보안 관리, 오류 대응, 고객지원 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 해당 자료를 처리할 수 있습니다. 제6조 서비스 변경과 이용 제한 회사는 보안 위험, 부정 이용, 약관 위반, 법령 위반 가능성, 운영상 필요가 있는 경우 서비스 기능을 변경하거나 회원의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 서비스 화면 또는 전자적 방법으로 고지합니다. 제7조 준거법 본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따릅니다. 회사와 회원 사이의 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. English Article 1 Purpose These Terms set forth the conditions for using Alphadoc, provided by Viore Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and service-use standards applicable to members. Article 2 Nature of the Service Alphadoc is a medical workspace that connects healthcare professionals' evidence discovery, clinical question organization, records, and document work. The Company provides features for evidence-based AI conversations, medical literature search and summarization, medical news curation, medical professional communities, case discussions, and document work. Alphadoc is not a public medical consultation, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment service for general consumers. Alphadoc is available only to medical professionals and healthcare professionals, students and other prospective healthcare professionals approved by the Company, and approved enterprise users of companies or institutions that have entered into a B2B agreement with Viore. Alphadoc's AI responses, document and image review support, search results, summaries, and drafts are reference materials for professional review. They do not replace diagnosis, prescription, treatment decisions, emergency judgment, or the independent judgment of a medical professional. Article 3 Member Eligibility and Account Management Members are limited to medical professionals and healthcare professionals, students and other prospective healthcare professionals approved by the Company, or approved enterprise users of companies or institutions that have entered into a B2B agreement with the Company. Members must provide accurate information applicable to them during registration. If eligibility verification information such as a medical license number, student verification information, or enterprise code is false or belongs to another person, the Company may reject registration approval, restrict use, suspend the account, or delete the account. Members must securely manage their accounts and authentication information, and may not share or transfer their accounts to any third party. Article 4 Prohibited Conduct Members must not enter, upload, or share another person's personal data, patient-identifying information, medical records, images, prescription information, or other medical information without authorization. Members must also not use Alphadoc for illegal purposes, medical advertising or spam, infringement of third-party rights, security violations, or any activity that harms service stability. Article 5 Member Content and Service Processing Rights in materials entered or uploaded by members remain with the member or the lawful rights holder. The Company may process such materials within the scope necessary for service operation, including providing the service, generating AI responses, managing security, responding to errors, and providing customer support. Article 6 Service Changes and Use Restrictions The Company may change service features or restrict a member's use in cases of security risk, misuse, breach of these Terms, possible violation of law, or operational necessity. Important changes will be notified through the service screen or by electronic means. Article 7 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes between the Company and members will be resolved by the competent court designated under applicable law.
